-
The Stillness That Works Hardest
You stay still. Inside, your body gets to work. As the temperature rises, your heart rate lifts, circulation increases and the body responds, supporting cardiovascular health, passive weight loss, cellular turnover and faster muscle recovery. Powerful work, without lifting a finger.
-
The Calm That Carries On
What you feel in the heat doesn't end when you step out. Deep heat settles the nervous system, releases built-up tension and quiets a busy mind, leaving you calmer through the evening and ready for deeper, more restful sleep. A reset that stays with you.
-
Built for Years of Ritual
Designed to become part of your everyday. Classic combines Canadian Hemlock and tinted tempered glass with the trusted performance of a genuine Harvia heater. Built for years of use, and made for the routine you'll keep coming back to.
Train harder, rebound faster
The passive cardio session
The cool-down that carries into the night
Heat draws blood to fatigued muscle and loosens connective tissue, which is why athletes sit in a sauna after load rather than before it. Sessions of fifteen to twenty minutes, three to four times a week, are the pattern most recovery protocols follow.
Core temperature climbs, heart rate rises, and vessels dilate to shed the heat. Long-running Finnish population research tracked frequent sauna users over two decades and found this response associated with meaningful cardiovascular outcomes.
Sleep onset follows a drop in core temperature. Heating the body in the evening and then letting it fall produces a steeper decline than the body manages unaided, which is why an evening session tends to shorten the time taken to fall asleep.
