For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, portable massagers must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. If returning by post, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, returns may be dropped off at one of our stores at no cost.
